We assign you a dedicated care worker—referred to as a 'helper'—who becomes a trusted support in your daily life.

Our base price is £31 per hour. In addition, a travel fee of £6 is charged per visit.
On Saturdays and Sundays, the hourly rate is increased by 25%, and on bank holidays, it is increased by 50%.
You don't always know in advance. In our opinion, it's important to take the time to think about your needs and compare them with our services – that's why we offer a free, no-obligation initial consultation to firstly introduce our service package and secondly to meet your helper. Depending on your needs, the services you book can be adjusted spontaneously and flexibly during the visits.
Yes. After you share your needs, personal situation, and preferences with us during the initial contact, we will begin the search for the right helper. You can meet the helper in person during the first meeting and decide whether you feel comfortable or if you'd like to adjust the search further.
No, we cater to your needs and preferences. After discussing with your helper, you can add additional services to those originally agreed upon and also increase the hours. If your helper is no longer available for further appointments, another helper will be assigned to you for those sessions.
