Home Help

Home cleaning can include vacuuming floors and carpets, dusting surfaces, cleaning the bathroom and toilet, and tidying the kitchen.

Customers provide the necessary cleaning equipment, such as a vacuum, mop, and dust cloths.

Home help can include tasks such as changing a lightbulb, cutting the grass or helping with digital device.

Meal preparation can include heating up food, making a sandwich or a simple meal, or serving tea.

Running errands can include helping with grocery shopping or collecting items from outside the home.

Companionship Care

Companionship is about social interaction, connection, and preventing loneliness. This can include engaging activities such as conversation, going for walks together, attending cultural events, playing games, and more.

We can support elderly individuals who are in need for temporary (non-medical) help at home due to hospital discharge.

This can include accompanying someone to a doctor’s appointment, the pharmacy, a shop, a funeral, or other social gatherings.

Respite Care

Are you a family caregiver longing for well-deserved rest and time for yourself? We offer help and support so that you can take a moment to recharge amidst the challenges of daily life.

Example of a Typical Daily Routine

At the beginning of each visit, we always ask about the general well-being of the senior, how the past few days have been, and discuss the tasks or activities planned for the day.

We then begin with various tasks such as changing the bed linens, emptying the dishwasher, or going grocery shopping. During these activities, we ensure there is both entertainment and as much movement as possible for the seniors.

Once we return from shopping, we heat up a meal and enjoy a round of bridge.

Usually, everyday household tasks can be completed during a visit. Our goal is to relieve family members as much as possible, so they can spend more time with their loved ones without worrying about additional, tedious household chores.
